Right of Way / Easement Survey
A right of way survey or easement survey is used as an addendum to a legally recorded document that grants one party to cross another’s property for various reasons.
Why do I need it?
A driveway or utility needs to cross one or more properties.
How do you do it?
An accurate property survey is the starting point for a right of way / easement survey. In addition to the property survey, the locations of proposed crossings are drawn on the final survey document. A legal size drawing is printed for an attorney to officially record the agreement with the drawing attached to it.
